Keep a safe space between yourself and other people not from your household.


Maintain hygiene for your and others’ health.

  1. Wash your hands –
    1. Frequently with soap and water scrubbing at least for 20 seconds
    2. before and after cooking and eating
    3. before and after using restrooms
  2. Sanitize or wash hands with a soap every time you touch something outside the home
  3. Safely dispose of used tissues, masks immediately
  4. Stay home if feeling sick
  1. Avoid touching surfaces outside home
  2. Do not cough or sneeze into your hands – cover with the elbow or use a tissue
  3. Do not touch eyes, nose, and mouth
  4. Do not spit in public places
